Discovery

Each prospective client begins with a Discovery Call to determine if we are the right operational partner for your business. We will briefly discuss your current state of affairs, what areas need improvement, and the goals and visions you have for your small business.

 

Analyze & Strategize

KTBC starts with an initial strategy session(s) to set goals and a roadmap to achieve them. Together, we will strategize where we can develop or enhance your systems and processes, and we will work together to strategize the future of your business.

 

Implement & Delegate

After we outline your vision, goals and strategy, we will work to implement it into your business. From weekly meetings to progress check-ins, we will not leave you to figure it out alone.

 

Optimize

We will review recommendations and those already implemented, systemize our plan of action if changes are needed, and make improvements accordingly so that your business runs as efficiently and successfully as possible.
